Bridge360 is an application exclusively for employees of companies that have contracted the service. It is not available to the general public and does not allow open registration. Only people whose company is a Bridge360 client and who have received their access credentials from their employer can access the app.

What is Bridge360?

Bridge360 is a Human Resources (HR) management platform delivered as a SaaS (Software as a Service). Companies subscribe to the service and their employees access it through this mobile app to manage their working hours, holidays, absences, documents, payslips and internal communications.

Access is restricted through unique credentials assigned by the employing company. There is no public registration process.

National ID (DNI/NIE)

Corporate email address

Phone number

Date of birth and contractual details

Geographic location (only during clock-in/out, if enabled by your company)

Profile picture

Work documents: payslips, contracts, absence certificates

How We Use Your Data

Time tracking and attendance management

Holiday and absence requests and approvals

Access to work documents and digital signatures

Internal communications between employee and company

Shift management and scheduling

Access to payslips and contractual documentation

Who Has Access to Your Data

You, through your personal account

Your company's Human Resources department

Managers with permissions assigned by your company

Bridge360's technical team, exclusively for service maintenance and support

Your data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising purposes.

Location

Access to your location is optional and only activated if your company has enabled location-based clock-in. Location is recorded only at the exact moment of clocking in or out and is never monitored continuously or in the background.
